On a fine summer day, hot and humid
Sitting on the terrace, wind not timid
Meanwhile, a bright shooting star fell
Oh! The wonderful stories I would tell!
With the brain faster than computer
Chacha Chaudhary captured every looter
Meanwhile, marsman Sabu supported well
Oh! The wonderful stories I would tell!
Jumping in many puddles, when it rains
Sipping hot tea and drying my brains
Meanwhile, the flood will swell
Oh! The wonderful stories I would tell!
In the comics of Champak, all the animals
Endless supply of stories without mechanicals
Meanwhile, the learnings they could propel
Oh! The wonderful stories I would tell!
Mild winters, but we are never prepared
Warm baths and green vegetables paired
Meanwhile, in closed proximity we might gel
Oh! The wonderful stories I would tell!
Only if I had brothers and sisters younger
Mythology, fables, the stories of bungler
Meanwhile, the loneliness I could not impel
Oh! The wonderful stories I would tell!
PS: Thank you my friends Chandni Suresh and Amimul Ehsan for inspiring this poem!
